Add the information you want on the card in the “Custom Text box". Send any photo(s) to sisterleedesignsco@gmail.com.
★ PROOF
We will send you a proof to approve before printing within 24 to 48 hours of purchase (not including weekends).★ PRINT
After approval, your order is sent to the printer. Print time takes 4-7 Business days (not including weekends). Ask us about our RUSH printing options! Additional fee required.Can i add my own photo?
Yes, absolutely! You can email the high resolution jpeg file to us at sisterleedesignsco@gmail.com We'll add the photo to your card and make sure it looks perfect!
Can I change the colors to the design?
Yes! We will happily work one-on-one with you to personalize your card so that it's customized to your needs. Leave your custom color(s) with your information.
What if I want to cancel my order?
We will be happy to help you cancel your order prior to Approval. If an order is canceled, any labor hours (proofs, graphic design work, etc.) and processing fees will be subtracted from your refund. The minimum is $10.
Do you accept returns/refunds?
Since each order is unique and has no re-sale value, All Sales Are Final. If we verify that we made an error on our end, we will re-print the order. No Refunds or Credit.
Where is my package?Please double check your shipping address. Sisterlee Creations is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses.
If you have not received your order, please check the tracking number on your order receipt to see what the issue may be. Once your order has shipped it is no longer under our direct control. Any issues with shipment must be directed to USPS Customer Service.
Sisterlee Creations is not liable for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, shipping company delays, international customs issues, customer error or any other circumstances beyond our direct control.
